Confidence and support
for your new chapter

About Flora Sandeman

I have over a decade experience as a Learning and Development professional, with an MSc in Occupational Psychology, BSc in Psychology and I am trained as an Executive Coach with the Institute of Leadership and Management.

I’ve seen first-hand the impact that support can have on mothers in the workplace, and I’m passionate about creating a space where you can untangle complicated thoughts and flourish in this new chapter.

As a coach and working parent, I am dedicated to working with mothers to understand and unlock their potential.

Together we will discuss your career, your motherhood and your whole self.

Services

Individual

Our individual coaching sessions are designed to address whatever is pressing to you at the moment. Through a collaborative and supportive approach, we will work together to empower you in the workplace and help with the balance of being a mother and a professional.

Organisations

With over a decade experience in creating and delivering training, I can partner with organisations to support them create a culture which enables mothers to thrive.

My Principles

Supportive

Experience a warm, non-judgmental space where you are truly seen and heard. In our sessions, we will supportively discuss the integration of parenting and working.

Rooted

I feel most grounded in nature. Following the principles of ecopsychology, we could have our coaching sessions while walking or sitting in nature. I have found that this environment can enable more reflective conversations.

Flexible

As well as being flexible about the timings of our sessions (for example, scheduling around a baby's nap), I believe you will get the most out of our coaching if our conversations can be flexible. Each session is shaped around the topics you bring to the table, so our time together focuses on whatever is most relevant to you.

Self-Compassion

Being a working parent can bring up guilt, doubt and mixed emotions. In our coaching, we treat you with the same kindness you’d offer a close friend, so you can let go of harsh self-criticism and make choices that truly support you and your family.
