About
I have always had an interest in people. I love having those deep, meandering conversations which can - over time - enable us to thrive.
I have a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology and over a decade of experience working in Learning and Management. I received an Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring at the start of my career, and have been building that experience ever since.
I am a parent of two children and I know first hand about the juggle of being a working parent and the feelings that can come alongside it.
Since starting this venture, I am more passionate than ever in supporting mothers within the workplace.

Credentials
Coaching
Since receiving my Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, I have completed over a hundred hours of 1:1 coaching. My clients have been graduates, managers, senior leaders and contacts from within the third sector.
Wellbeing
Even before I began studying psychology over 15 years ago, I have always been fascinated by wellbeing and what makes people feel their best. There are no universal rules for what works, and I am always keen to try new approaches. Since becoming a parent, I've had to be more inventive about how I can make room for what works for me!
Expertise
I am a member of the Association for Coaching and participate in specialised training and ongoing professional development, particularly through the International Society of Coaching Psychology.
I also provided consultation support to a Nationally recognised parenting expert, to support and elevate her business.
